These past few days of Isabelle's 3-dom have been fun. They've included a trip down to Legoland, Disneyland, Build-A-Bear (or in this case Build-A-Dinosaur), running around in sprinklers, playing in her kid pool, and just generally being silly as illustrated by the picture above.
There you can see her newest Dinosaur pal... "Dino." Yes, a very creative name. You may also notice a smaller baby dinosaur aptly named... "Baby Dino." Hey, at least we won't forget their names. I'm not entirely sure why Belle wanted to make a dinosaur out of all the choices available at Build-A-Bear, but she did. It's her birthday week, she can do what she wants.
Belle is quite aware and excited about her birthday tomorrow which is why she helped me make cupcakes for her class. (Yes, she's still going to school twice a week.) She's excited that she can finally bring in the treats for her very own birthday. We also went to pick out her party favors and decorations for her little party this weekend. She wanted Goofy decorations as always, but there weren't any Goofy decorations so she opted for Minnie instead. I guess she figured Minnie knows Goofy so that was good enough.
And lastly we spent today having her very last 3 year old things, like her last 3 year old breakfast, lunch, and dinner, her last 3 year old bath, we had her last 3 year old hugs and kisses and tucks in bed. Right now our darling daughter sleeps her last night as a 3 year old little girl. For tomorrow she will wake unto the world of a 4 year old. Sleep well my Isabelle.
